Show every parent the next set of progress.

A Development Track tier your academy adds for juniors. Each round, every junior gets a short video progress report. Your coaches just leave a 2-minute voice note.

Ask about your club
How it works

Three steps a round.

1

Film the junior

Your staff records a few drills on an iPhone and tripod. We send a one-page setup card and a filming script.

2

Coach records a voice note

About 2 minutes per junior: what's improving and what to work on next. No forms, no writing.

3

We make the report

Our team turns the clip and the note into a video progress report, and it goes to the parents.

What parents get

A report they actually open.

EXAMPLE Example NextSet progress report with sample junior, ratings and drills
Example only. The name, ratings and quote are sample data, not a real junior.
  • Where their junior is now, skill by skill
  • Before-and-after frames from the court
  • Three focus drills for the next round
  • The coach's own words, in a short quote
  • Sent to parents only, never to the junior alone
Why clubs add it

Good for the program. Light on the coach.

Revenue you keep

You set the tier price, market it and keep the tuition. We bill the club a flat wholesale fee per junior per round.

Families see progress

Parents who can see progress have a reason to sign up for the next term. That's the bet behind the Development Track.

Coach time stays low

About 2 minutes of voice note per junior. Our team does the editing, writing and design.

FAQ

Quick answers.

What does it cost?

We charge the club a wholesale fee per junior per round, and you set what parents pay. Email us for pricing for your program.

Who makes the reports?

People on our team, from your clip and your coach's voice note. Your coach's assessment stays the heart of it.

What equipment do we need?

An iPhone and a tripod. We send a setup card and a short filming script.

What happens to the video?

Clips are used only to make the reports. We delete them after round 2 or 90 days, whichever comes first. The academy collects written parent consent before filming.
